These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Elisha, an autonomous AI software engineer. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
Elisha connects to the tools your team uses — GitHub, Notion, Slack, Vercel, and Google Workspace — and acts on work you assign: reading and writing code, running tests, opening pull requests, and reporting back. Elisha acts only within the scopes you grant and on the repositories and resources you select.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms and to connect the integrations you add.
You retain all rights to your source code, repositories, and other content. We claim no ownership over your content. To the extent code authored by Elisha is eligible for ownership, that output belongs to you as between you and us. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
Elisha uses AI models to generate code and other output. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or insecure, and may resemble output generated for other users. Elisha's output is provided as a starting point and is not a substitute for review by a qualified engineer. You are solely responsible for testing, reviewing, and deciding whether to use any output before it reaches production.
You agree not to:
Usage of Elisha may be subject to fees and spending limits described at the time of purchase or in your plan. You are responsible for the costs of the underlying tasks you run within the limits you configure.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service or its output will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the service.
You may stop using Elisha and disconnect your integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
