What to include
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can tell you what happened:
- What you asked Elisha to do, and where — a Slack thread, a Notion card, the dashboard.
- What it did instead.
- Roughly when it happened, and the repository or project involved.
- A link to the pull request or the card, if there is one.
Screenshots help. Elisha reads them too, so if you have one, send it.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge every email within one business day. Something that has stopped work for your team — a broken integration, a run that will not start, a pull request opened against the wrong branch — jumps the queue.
Security and privacy
Found a vulnerability? Please report it to kareemdasilva@gmail.com before disclosing it publicly, and we will work with you on a fix and a timeline. For questions about what Elisha stores and for how long, see our Privacy Policy.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect any integration — GitHub, Notion, Slack, Vercel, Google Workspace — from your dashboard settings at any time. Revoking access from the provider's own side works too, and Elisha will stop acting on that surface immediately. If you want your data deleted, email us and say so.
